A modern multi-purpose infrastructure with ecological architecture creates a unique experience for all
the senses.
The space is comprised of the Campus, which is home to the Organisation and Wellbeing centre. The Community Village is where guest and staff live in different types of accommodation; including gastronomy, permaculture, regenerative energy concepts and leisure facilities.
The Innovation Lab is the heart of the concept and linking pin between the other pillars.

Mindfulness, self-awareness and consciousness are key to cope with the effects of digitalisation. In our approach to holistic health, we focus on personal development, coaching, and quantum medicine for physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. Our goal is the prevention of stress and burnout, as well as finding purpose and discovering
one´s potential.
The Wellbeing Centre’s services are an ideal addition to the offerings of the Organisation Centre.
We will apply traditional eastern methods, as well as modern western approaches. Additional facilities include a natural swimming pond, sound-healing and floatation tanks.

We create a platform that fosters efficient knowledge-transfer and makes our learnings available to the outside world and connects us to other research institutions.
The Lab connects and co-creates with a growing network of like-minded spaces and initiatives around the globe.
With a co-working and co-living facility, we attract social start-ups that work with us on-site.
We will also offer consulting services to other centres, intending to replicate our model internationally with an open-source social franchise.
